1. 参与电商平台的日常经营，包括商品上架、Listing/商品页面建设与优化、价格及促销管理、变体管理、进销存监控、店铺健康度与权重维护等；根据负责的平台或业务模块推进运营动作，对销售目标、转化效率及经营结果负责。 2. 结合不同市场的用户需求、消费习惯及平台特点，参与电商页面产品内容的策划与优化；协同设计、市场提升产品内容质量和本土化表达，促进商品曝光、点击与转化。 3. 围绕平台搜索、推荐、广告、活动及内容场域，分析流量来源与用户转化路径，参与关键词布局、站内广告等运营工作；持续优化流量获取、点击率、转化率及投入产出效率。 4.库存管理与经营优化：参与电商库存规划与周转管理等工作，持续跟踪进销存数据，退货退款，用户评价与口碑数据，通过经营漏斗和数据波动分析识别问题与机会与风险，推动优化方案落地。 5.参与新品上市、平台大促及品牌营销等重点项目，协同市场、产品、设计、供应链等团队制定运营节奏，跟进页面、货品、价格、内容、流量和库存准备，推动项目落地并完成效果复盘。 6. 参与海内外售前咨询及用户服务运营，协同管理客服团队，完善客服培训、质检、话术、FAQ及复盘机制；分析用户咨询、未购原因及退货等VOC数据，优化服务流程与导购策略，提升售前转化率和用户体验。

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；英语能力优秀，掌握德语等小语种者加分。 2. 逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的问题拆解、数据分析和结构化表达能力，能够从复杂信息中识别关键问题并提出解决方案。 3. 自驱力和学习能力强，主动推动执行并对结果负责，愿意快速学习新平台、新工具和新业务。有创业精神，职责边界动态调整以及乐于从0到1的探索。 4. 具备较强的责任心、耐心、有韧性，面对重复性基础工作、复杂用户问题或项目阻力时，能够保持细致并持续跟进解决。 5. 有电商运营、跨境电商、用户服务、服务运营、数据分析、内容运营或相关实习/项目经验者优先；熟悉消费电子、智能硬件或影像行业者加分。
