1.短视频内容生产（运动相机产品向） 负责产品培训相关短视频拍摄、剪辑工作，配合完成新品配套视频素材产出，输出适配培训材料、门店传播和内部使用的视频物料； 2.门店 UGC 运营与赋能 审核门店店员提交的 UGC 视频作品，输出专业的拍摄、剪辑指导建议，帮助店员提升视频产出质量； 3.线上培训教务管理 在内部学习平台完成试卷组卷、任务下发，组织门店店员线上月考；完成考试成绩整理、统计、公示工作；熟练使用 AI 工具处理各类重复性工作，提升教务、内容处理效率； 4.培训资料整理输出 梳理门店销售、服务经验与真实案例，协助制作本地化门店培训教材，负责教材排版、校对，保障培训资料落地使用； 5.培训现场支持 线下培训现场协助执行，包含设备调试、学员签到，收集培训反馈，记录销售人员的问题、建议，沉淀为培训优化依据；

1.会短视频拍摄、剪辑，熟练使用剪映 / PR 等剪辑软件，懂基础相机拍摄逻辑，有产品类短视频剪辑实操经验； 2.会基础表格处理，能够做数据统计整理；愿意使用 AI 工具辅助试卷、资料整理等重复性工作； 3.有内容 / 新媒体、零售培训支持、门店赋能相关经验优先；有相机、数码硬件行业经验加分； 4.做事细心，有较强的执行力，能够同时承接视频产出 + 培训教务多线任务。 软性素质 沟通表达能力好，能给门店店员做通俗易懂的视频指导； 有责任心，对待考试统计、资料校对类工作严谨细致； 学习能力强，愿意钻研产品，主动探索 AI 工具提升工作效率； 多任务处理能力，可在视频生产、培训事务之间灵活切换。
