我们正在寻找对品牌表达充满热情、具备良好审美与创意潜力的视觉设计应届生，加入社媒设计团队。 你将参与品牌在ins、twitter，LinkedIn，youtube等社交媒体平台的视觉内容创作，在真实项目中学习社媒内容策划与视觉表达方法，逐步建立对品牌体系与平台生态的理解，成长为具备系统思维的社媒视觉设计师。 1、通过参与社媒日常内容视觉设计与排版执行，实现品牌内容在各平台的稳定输出与视觉统一； 2、通过协助完成营销节点、新品发布等专题物料设计，支持阶段性传播项目顺利落地； 3、通过参与社媒选题共创与创意讨论，进行视觉草图与版式探索，提升内容表达的吸引力与完成度； 4、通过学习并应用品牌视觉规范与社媒模板体系，实现设计质量与品牌调性的标准化呈现； 5、通过对优秀账号案例与行业趋势的研究分析，输出参考与灵感整理，支持团队创意方向优化； 6、通过与市场、内容、视频团队协作沟通，按时完成设计任务，保障多项目并行下的高效交付。

1、本科及以上学历，视觉传达、数字媒体、广告设计等相关专业应届毕业生； 2、具备良好的审美能力与版式能力，对社媒内容视觉表达有兴趣； 3、熟悉常用设计软件（如Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma等），有基础动效或视频封面设计能力者优先； 4、关注小红书、抖音、微博等社媒平台内容趋势，具备一定“网感”； 5、具备主动学习能力与责任心，能在反馈中快速迭代提升； 6、具备完整作品集（可包含课程作业、个人创作或实习项目）。
