工作职责: 1、帮助产品线负责人搭建团队IPD变革体系，支撑所在业务团队管理持续提升； 2、深入了解业务模式、结合公司整体战略要求，支撑业务战略升级，并从hr整体规划上，保障战略落地与持续业绩提升； 3、负责公司HR政策、制度、体系与重点项目的落地、推动执行及优化； 4、通过组织诊断发现业务问题相关的组织、人才问题，并提供人力资源解决方案 5、关注关键人才的选拔、融入、发展，提升干部人力资源管理能力，推进激励体系的更新和人效的提升； 6、协助干部进行人才管理、团队发展、组织氛围建设等工作，确保公司文化在所属业务领域的落地； 7、关注员工状态，保持与员工持续的沟通与反馈，打造营造良好的工作氛围，组织管理部门的文体团建活动。

任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上人力资源工作经验，3年以上HRBP工作经验，互联网智能硬件行业有研发侧BP经验优先、有IPD变革经验优先考虑； 2、在培训、绩效、人才培养、组织发展等模块有较丰富的实操和落地经验； 3、具备较强的业务敏感度和洞察力、全方位沟通影响力、问题统筹解决能力和数据分析能力； 4、能落地，能抗压，能帮助业务解决问题。
