Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met ervaring in wagenparkbeheer? Werk je graag zelfstandig, maar hou je ook van veel contacten met collega's, garages en leveranciers? Dan hebben wij een mooie opportuniteit voor jou!

Voor een sterke en groeiende onderneming in Temse zoeken wij een Wagenparkbeheerder die het beheer van een vloot van ongeveer 130 voertuigen in goede banen leidt. Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarbij je niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor het wagenpark, maar ook fungeert als rechterhand van de Logistiek Manager.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Volledig beheer en opvolging van het wagenpark (±130 voertuigen)
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van schadedossiers
  • Controleren van voertuigen bij ontvangst en inlevering
  • Plannen en coördineren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken met garages
  • Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij vragen over hun voertuig
  • Contact onderhouden met leasemaatschappijen en externe partners
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de Logistiek Manager bij diverse projecten en dagelijkse operationele taken

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen wagenparkbeheer, fleetbeheer of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent een echte hands-on aanpakker en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt geen schrik van administratieve taken
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt steeds oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en weet prioriteiten te stellen
