Hej,

Jag är en kille på 5 år som söker en avlösare 12 timmar i månaden. Jag bor i Sköndal med min mamma. Jag har ett begränsat tal men en god förståelse och är väldigt självgående men i behov av visst stöd och omvårdnad. Jag är en social, mjuk och lugn kille som tycker om att vara ute och spela boll och gå till parken. Hemma tycker jag om att lägga pussel samt leka med bilar. Jag kan vara lite försiktig med nya människor så du behöver vara lyhörd för mina behov. I övrigt är jag en glad kille som gillar att hitta på mycket. Kanske kan vi gå i väg på en kortare utflykt tillsammans? Som min avlösare får du gärna vara trygg och påhittig och tycka att det är roligt att hitta på saker. Du får gärna ha erfarenhet av NPF-diagnoser och känna dig trygg med att jobba med yngre barn. Avlösningen kommer främst att ske under vardagar vid behov och eventuellt någon helg efter överenskommelse. Som avlösare inom Bambi förväntas man kunna ta initiativ till pedagogiska samt stimulerande aktiviteter. Avlösarservice syftar till att avlasta anhöriga kring omvårdnaden av barnet med funktionsnedsättning och möjliggöra återhämtning. Du behöver inte ha någon tidigare erfarenhet av yrket men det är ett plus om du har erfarenhet av barn eller människor med funktionsnedsättningar. Som medarbetare på Bambi får du möjlighet till regelbunden kompetensutveckling och handledning då vi vill att du är trygg i din arbetsroll.

Lön: Individuell lönesättning. Timlön/månadslön. Kollektivavtal finns: Fremia-Kommunal. Du kommer även erbjudas introduktion, friskvård, handledning och kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling.
