Vill du arbeta nära barn och vara med och skapa trygghet, utveckling och positiva förändringar i deras vardag? HVB Altero är ett mindre och familjelikt HVB med 5 platser för barn i åldern 9–13 år. Barnen som bor hos oss kan ha neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar, trauma, utagerande beteende och andra komplexa behov. Vi arbetar i en strukturerad och naturnära miljö där relation, trygghet och förutsägbarhet är viktiga delar av vardagen. Vår målsättning är att varje barn ska få möjlighet att utveckla nya färdigheter och strategier som gör vardagen mer begriplig, hanterbar och meningsfull. Nu söker vi en behandlingspedagog/socialpedagog på 100 % som vill bli en del av vårt team. Om arbetet Som behandlingspedagog/socialpedagog blir du en viktig person i barnens vardag. Arbetet handlar om att skapa trygga relationer samtidigt som du bidrar med struktur, tydlighet och ett professionellt bemötande. I arbetet ingår bland annat att: skapa trygghet, struktur och förutsägbarhet arbeta relationsskapande och motiverande stödja barnen i att utveckla sociala och praktiska färdigheter planera och genomföra aktiviteter och meningsfull fritid arbeta utifrån barnens individuella behov och genomförandeplaner dokumentera och följa upp arbetet samarbeta med kollegor och andra viktiga personer runt barnet.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är trygg, stabil, engagerad och relationsskapande. Du behöver kunna behålla lugnet i utmanande situationer och samtidigt vara nyfiken på vad som ligger bakom ett barns beteende. Vi uppskattar att du är: tålmodig och uthållig lekfull och engagerad tydlig och strukturerad flexibel i ditt bemötande bra på att samarbeta öppen för återkoppling och reflektion kring ditt eget arbetssätt.

Du är utbildad behandlingspedagog, socialpedagog, socionom eller har annan relevant eftergymnasial utbildning. Erfarenhet från HVB samt arbete med barn och unga med NPF, trauma eller utagerande beteende är meriterande. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Att arbeta på Altero Altero är en liten verksamhet. Det ger möjlighet att arbeta nära barnen och vara en del av en mindre personalgrupp där samarbete och delaktighet är viktigt. Vi vill skapa en arbetsplats där medarbetare får möjlighet att utvecklas, ta ansvar och bidra till utvecklingen av verksamheten. Vi arbetar därför aktivt med kompetensutveckling, reflektion och utveckling av våra gemensamma arbetssätt.
