Ånge Kommun söker nu en biståndshandläggare! Vi är ett sammansvetsat och engagerat arbetslag med positivt arbetsklimat och vi söker nu en ny kollega som värdesätter kunskap och erfarenhet men också nyfikenhet och nytänkande - för att kunna utveckla verksamheten och verka tillsammans för den enskildes bästa. Arbetsuppgifter Biståndshandläggare ansvarar för att utreda, bedöma, besluta och följa upp insatser inom SoL (socialtjänstlagen) och/eller LSS (lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade). Handläggningen gäller barn, vuxna och äldre personer med behov av stöd, personer med fysiska eller psykiska funktionsnedsättningar/variationer. Syftet är att de ska ha en fungerande vardag och uppnå en skälig levnadsnivå (SoL) och/eller goda levnadsvillkor (LSS). I arbetet ingår även att arbeta med rådgivning, planering och samordning i nära samråd med övriga biståndshandläggare, enhetschefer och olika professioner inom t ex kommunal sjukvård och rehabilitering. Kontakt/samverkan med externa myndigheter och andra yrkesgrupper ingår i arbetet. Kvalifikationer Du har socionomexamen eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren finner likvärdig. Erfarenhet från arbete med biståndshandläggning/myndighetsutövning alternativt praktik inom myndighetsutövning är meriterande. Erfarenhet av tidigare arbete inom vård och omsorg är alltid ett extra plus. Erfarenhet av dokumentation är ett måste. Vi arbetar i verksamhetssystemet Lifecare med IBIC (Individens behov i centrum). Vi värderar dina personliga egenskaper högt. Vi söker dig som är lyhörd och har förmågan att skapa ett förtroendefullt samarbete med brukare, anhöriga, kollegor och andra samarbetspartners. Som person är du flexibel och samarbetsvillig, nya socialtjänstlagen (som omfattar hela socialtjänsten, inklusive LSS) manar till större tillgänglighet, delaktighet, serviceskyldighet osv. Du organiserar och prioriterar dina arbetsuppgifter samtidigt som du har förmågan att arbeta självständigt. B-körkort är ett krav. Om verksamheten Som biståndshandläggare ingår du under individ- och familjeomsorgens vuxenstödsenhet, där dina kollegor arbetar med bl a socialpsykiatri, ekonomiskt bistånd, skadligt bruk/beroende och våld i nära relation. Detta gör det möjligt att ha ett nära samarbete med övriga sakkunniga och få diskutera och reflektera kring olika problemställningar mm.
