Biträdande föreståndare till HVB i Lund – heltid Arendalagården är ett HVB-hem i Lund för ungdomar 15–19 år med normbrytande beteende. Vi har 9 platser och 10-12 medarbetare. Vi arbetar evidensbaserat med MI, A-CRA och rePULSE som bärande metoder, och lägger stor vikt vid metodtrogenhet och regelbunden handledning. Vi utgår från traumamedveten omsorg, salutogenes och lågaffektivt bemötande. Som biträdande föreståndare är du föreståndarens närmaste stöd och ställföreträdare. Du arbetar nära både personalgrupp och ungdomar – rollen är operativ, inte administrativ på distans. Arbetsleda den dagliga verksamheten och vara ett metodstöd för behandlingspersonalen Träda in i föreståndarens ställe vid dennes frånvaro Ansvara för [schemaläggning, bemanning och introduktion av nya medarbetare] Följa upp kvalitet och dokumentation: genomförandeplaner, social dokumentation, egenkontroll och avvikelsehantering enligt ledningssystemet Delta i lex Sarah-hantering och arbetet med systematiskt förbättringsarbete Ansvara för inskrivningar, uppföljningar och löpande kontakt med placerande socialtjänst Säkerställa att verksamheten följer SoL, LVU och IVO:s krav Delta i behandlingsarbetet och ha [kontaktmannaskap/jourberedskap] i den utsträckning verksamheten kräver

Krav: Högskoleutbildning om minst 180 hp inom socialt arbete, socialpedagogik, beteendevetenskap eller motsvarande som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig Erfarenhet av arbete inom HVB eller motsvarande verksamhet. God kännedom om SoL, LVU, dokumentationskrav och ledningssystem för systematiskt kvalitetsarbete (SOSFS 2011:9) Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska B-körkort Meriterande: Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller chefsuppdrag Ledarskapsutbildning Utbildning i MI, A-CRA eller rePULSE Erfarenhet av kontakter med IVO och placerande kommuner Erfarenhet av schemaläggning i [system] Som person är du trygg och tydlig i ditt ledarskap, har hög integritet och behåller lugnet när det är pressat. Du ser skillnaden mellan att styra och att stötta. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
