Your role We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Performance Excellence within Business Area Naval. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape how Business Area Naval uses data to drive decisions. Performance Excellence reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and supports the business area with performance management, analytics, strategic planning and decision support. In this role, you will help strengthen our ability to use data as a strategic asset and support our journey towards a more data-driven organisation. You will: Work closely with the COO and senior leadership to support decision-making Transform operational and project data into insights, analyses and KPI reporting Develop management decision material and performance follow-up Support digital transformation and increased data availability Drive harmonised reporting and business performance transparency Collaborate across functions, projects and business units to improve data quality and business outcomes

Your profile You are curious, analytical and motivated by understanding how data can improve business performance. You enjoy exploring complex questions, turning information into insights and interacting with stakeholders across the organisation. We believe that you: Hold a university degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Analytics or a related field Have experience within analytics, controlling, finance, strategy or performance management Understand the journey from operational data to business decisions Ask insightful questions and create understanding across different perspectives Are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership Communicate clearly and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, data platforms or project-driven organisations is considered a merit.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
