CNC-operatör till specialtillverkning hos Noremech Produktion AB i Undenäs. Har du grundläggande kunskaper inom CNC och vill specialisera dig inom ett unikt tillverkningsområde? Vi på Noremech söker nu en engagerad CNC-operatör till vår produktion i Undenäs. Hos oss får du möjlighet att arbeta med kundanpassade produkter och utveckla din tekniska kompetens genom en gedigen internutbildning. Om tjänsten Den här rollen passar dig som vill arbeta med specialtillverkning snarare än massproduktion. Eftersom vår tillverkning är unik och kräver hög precision, kommer en upplärning att ske på plats tillsammans med våra erfarna kollegor. Tjänsten är en heltidsanställning. Arbetstiden är förlagd till tvåskift. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Riggning, ställning och övervakning av CNC-maskiner för unik specialtillverkning. Löpande kvalitetskontroller och noggrann finjustering av detaljer. Ritningsläsning och kontrollmätning med precisionverktyg. Programmering och optimering i styrsystemet mestadels Heidenhain.

Vem är du? Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och din vilja att lära dig nya saker. Du är en person som drivs av kvalitet framför kvantitet, har ett gott tålamod och ett öga för detaljer. Då rollen kräver intern upplärning är du lyhörd och trivs med att samarbeta tätt med dina kollegor. Kvalifikationskrav: Grundläggande utbildning inom industri/verkstad eller motsvarande erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning. Grundläggande förståelse för ritningsläsning och mätteknik. Ett genuint tekniskt intresse och en stark vilja att utvecklas inom yrket. Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift för att kunna ta till dig internutbildningen och säkerhetsinstruktioner.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av riggning eller enklare programmering sedan tidigare, men det viktigaste är din inställning.
