Job description Randstad Digital is currently seeking a Configuration/Requirement and Change Manager for a consultant assignment at a global tech leader in industrial technology and smart mobility. You will join an international development organization focused on complex embedded control, signaling and communication systems. You will lead product change initiatives, drive best practices across engineering teams, and help guide the development of next-generation hardware and software solutions focused on high performance, security, and advanced functionality.

Responsibilities Implementing robust Configuration and Change Management processes for product development. Administrating and serving as the key user for Configuration and Change Management tools. Driving and guiding engineers in their daily change and configuration activities. Verifying data quality and consistency across the Configuration and Change Management database. Managing product change requests and leading Configuration Control Boards. Acting as the primary line of contact and providing coaching and guidelines to multidisciplinary teams. Collaborating daily with Program Development Managers, System Architects, and engineering teams.

Qualifications We are looking for a proactive and organized engineering professional who thrives in collaborative, international environments and values passion and attitude as much as technical expertise. To succeed in this role, you must have: Master’s degree in engineering (System Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar). 3-5 years of experience as a Configuration and Change Manager using tools such as EWM, Synergy Change, or similar. Proven experience working with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines. Practical background working within requirement management. Experience in the development of embedded software and hardware. Demonstrated experience working within international teams. Fluency in English.

We'll be particularly impressed if you also have: Knowledge or experience with relevant industrial safety standards. Proficiency in Swedish.
