Loxone is opening up the Swedish market - and we are looking for the person who will make it happen. This is not a typical sales job. This is a leadership development track: you start with 12-24 months of full immersion at our HQ in Kollerschlag, Austria, learning our products, our sales method, and our way of thinking from the inside out. Then you move to Sweden and take ownership of the market you helped build. The long-term destination of this role is Country Manager Sweden. If a full relocation to Austria for a year or two sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for - not a hurdle - keep reading. We are looking for builders, not maintainers: someone who wants to dig deep into the Loxone Way of Selling, learn every layer of our business from the ground up, and then build the Swedish market from scratch - with real autonomy, real ownership, and a real path to running the country. So if you have a technical background with motivation for sales - you are the right person for this oppertunity. Your tasks: Own outbound lead development for the Swedish market - calls, emails, follow-ups, pipeline building. Build and grow relationships with electricians and system integrators across Sweden. Deliver 1-hour planning sessions to Partners - start as observer, grow into full delivery. Handle technical questions from prospects and Partners with increasing depth over time. Take full ownership of the Swedish lead pipeline and Partner network as you grow into the role. Deepen your project-planning, product, and programming skills step by step. Set and hit concrete partner-growth and revenue KPIs - the foundation for the Country Manager conversation. Represent Loxone Sweden internally at HQ and externally with customers, Partners, and industry contacts. Your profile: Native or fully fluent Swedish, plus fluent spoken and written English (Loxone's international working language). Willing and excited to relocate to Kollerschlag, Austria for 12-24 months. No hybrid, no partial. Full immersion is the model - and if it doesn't feel like an adventure, this role isn't for you. Comfortable with daily outbound calling and B2B sales. Technically curious - an electrical, automation, IT, or building-technology background is a strong plus. Self-driven - you deliver with limited supervision and don't wait to be told what's next. Genuinely aiming for a leadership / ownership track. This role is a launchpad, not a plateau. Growth mindset - you want to be shaped by the way we do things, not just fit in and coast. Flexible, agile, organized - cross-country moves and international teamwork energize you. A background in marketing, IT sales, or B2B business development is a plus; a real hunger to learn the Loxone business end-to-end is essential. Onboarding & Work Setup: Full-time, office-based role - no remote, no hybrid. First 12-24 months at Loxone HQ in Kollerschlag, Austria (full relocation required). This is where you learn the system, the sales method, and the business inside out. Followed by relocation to Sweden - Stockholm or another Swedish city, depending on how the market develops. Loxone supports the relocation logistics on both ends.
