Har du gedigen erfarenhet av informationshantering och informationssäkerhet och vill ta dig an ett nytt uppdrag? Vi söker en erfaren informationssamordnare till ett konsultuppdrag i Norrköping där du får möjlighet att bidra till utvecklingen av arbetssätt inom informationshantering, informationssäkerhet och dataskydd. Uppdraget är på 100 % under kontorstid, med start så snart som möjligt, och beräknas pågå i nio månader.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ta fram verksamhetsanpassade rutiner för informationssäkerhet och dataskydd
  • Leda arbetet med informationsklassning och riskanalyser
  • Genomföra verksamhetsanpassade utbildningar inom informationssäkerhet
  • Vara kontaktperson gentemot dataskyddsombudet
  • Hantera registrerades rättigheter, exempelvis registerutdrag och radering
  • Hantera och rapportera personuppgiftsincidenter
  • Säkerställa att personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal (PUB-avtal) upprättas med relevanta avtalsparter
  • Leda riskanalyser och konsekvensbedömningar vid behandling av personuppgifter med hög risk
  • Upprätta och förvalta register över personuppgiftsbehandlingar
  • Medverka till att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt för informationshantering och behandling av personuppgifter
  • Samverka med dataskyddsombudet vid exempelvis upphandling, införande, byte eller avveckling av system

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Minst fem års arbetslivserfarenhet inom informationshantering
  • Minst fem års arbetslivserfarenhet inom informationssäkerhet
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av dataskydd och GDPR
  • Erfarenhet av informationsklassning och riskanalyser
  • Erfarenhet av att ta fram rutiner och omsätta regelverk till praktiska arbetssätt
  • Erfarenhet av samverkan mellan verksamhet och IT

Som person är du analytisk och strukturerad med hög integritet och gott omdöme. Du är självgående, tar ansvar för att driva ditt arbete framåt och har lätt för att kommunicera komplex information på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt.
