Vill du arbeta i en viktig supportfunktion där du hjälper medarbetare att få sin digitala vardag att fungera? Nu söker vi på uppdrag av en kommun i Stockholmsområdet en serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad IT-supporttekniker för ett uppdrag med omgående start. I rollen blir du en del av kommunens interna servicedesk och arbetar nära användarna med support och felsökning i deras dagliga IT-miljö. Om uppdraget Som IT-supporttekniker ansvarar du för att ge stöd till kommunens medarbetare via telefon, ärendehanteringssystem, fjärrsupport och personliga besök. Du hanterar en bred variation av ärenden kopplade till användarnas digitala arbetsverktyg och bidrar till en effektiv och välfungerande IT-miljö. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Daglig support till användare inom kommunens verksamheter.

Hantera inkommande ärenden via telefon, servicedesk och fysiska besök.

Felsökning och support av klientdatorer.

Installation, konfigurering och underhåll av datorer och kringutrustning.

Support inom Microsoft 365, skrivare, mobiltelefoner och mötesutrustning.

Dokumentation av utförda insatser och lösningar.

Support på plats hos användare samt via fjärrverktyg.

Vi söker dig som har Akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom IT.

Minst två års erfarenhet som PC-tekniker eller supporttekniker.

Goda kunskaper inom IT-hårdvara, mjukvara och klienthantering.

Erfarenhet av Windows och Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.

Kunskaper inom nätverk och datakommunikation, exempelvis TCP/IP.

Erfarenhet av skrivarhantering och annan perifer utrustning.

God förståelse för drift- och förvaltningsverktyg, exempelvis SCCM/Configuration Manager.

Erfarenhet av Active Directory och Group Policies eller motsvarande infrastrukturlösningar.

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom kommunal verksamhet eller annan offentlig organisation. Personliga egenskaper För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du är:

Arbetstid: Måndag till torsdag kl. 08.00-17.00, fredag kl. 08.00-16.00
