Vi söker en driven och engagerad kökschef till Oscars bar & Brasserie i Stockholm Oscars är ett klassiskt brasserie med inspiration från det europeiska köket med fokus på Frankrike, där hög kvalitet, kreativitet och traditionella smaker står i centrum. Som kökschef får du en nyckelroll i restaurangen och ett helhetsansvar för kökets dagliga drift, personal, kvalitet och ekonomi. Vi söker dig som är en stark ledare, trivs nära den dagliga driften och samtidigt har förmågan att planera, följa upp och utveckla verksamheten. OM ROLLEN Som kökschef ansvarar du för att köket håller en hög och jämn nivå – både när det gäller mat, personal och ekonomi. Du arbetar operativt tillsammans med teamet och ansvarar samtidigt för planering och uppföljning av kökets verksamhet. Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med restaurangchef, och övriga inom verksamheten. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är bland annat: Leda, motivera och utveckla köksteamet. Ansvara för den dagliga driften och säkerställa hög kvalitet på samtliga serveringar. Schemaläggning, bemanningsplanering och uppföljning av arbetade timmar. Arbeta med prognoser och planera bemanningen utifrån restaurangens förväntade försäljning. Ansvara för kökets ekonomi och arbeta mot uppsatta mål för framför allt råvaru- och personalkostnad. Löpande kostnadskontroll, inventering. Ansvara för inköp och beställningar. Meny- och konceptutveckling. Säkerställa rutiner för hygien, egenkontroll, renhållning och underhåll av kök och inventarier. Ansvara för introduktion, utbildning och kontinuerlig utveckling av kökspersonalen. Planera och genomföra catering, event och större bokningar tillsammans med övriga verksamheten.

VEM SÖKER VI? Vi söker framför allt en person som tycker om att leda människor och utveckla en verksamhet. Du är strukturerad och lösningsorienterad och förstår att ett framgångsrikt restaurangkök handlar lika mycket om människor, planering och ekonomi som om själva matlagningen. Du har ett naturligt driv och är inte rädd för att fatta beslut eller ta tag i problem när de uppstår. Samtidigt är du prestigelös och tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med ditt team i den dagliga driften. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet som kökschef, souschef eller motsvarande ledande roll inom restaurang. Du behöver ha god förståelse för råvarukostnad, personalkostnad, schemaläggning och ekonomisk uppföljning samt kunna planera verksamheten utifrån försäljning och prognos.
