Ett jobb med människor och problemlösning Här blir du en del av ett team som hjälper kunder via telefon, mejl och chatt. Du lyssnar in vad kunden behöver, söker fram rätt information och driver ärendet framåt. Till arbetet hör också administration och dokumentation i ärendehanteringssystem. Du arbetar självständigt med dina ärenden och har kollegorna nära. Tillsammans delar ni kunskap, ger varandra feedback och utvecklar servicen. Det här kommer du att göra Besvara frågor och hantera kundserviceärenden via telefon, mejl och chatt.

Registrera, dokumentera och följa upp ärenden.

Sätta dig in i information och rutiner för att ge tydliga och korrekta svar.

Bidra till ett bra samarbete och ett professionellt bemötande i varje kundkontakt.

Vi söker dig som Du har erfarenhet av kundservice eller ett annat serviceyrke och trivs med att hjälpa människor. Kanske arbetar du i butik i dag och vill ta med dig din servicevana till en ny miljö. Du kommunicerar tydligt, håller ordning på detaljerna och tar ansvar för att föra dina ärenden framåt. Du behöver också kunna ta till dig mycket information och lära dig nya rutiner löpande. För att lyckas i rollen har du:

Erfarenhet av kundservice eller motsvarande servicearbete.

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och Teams.

Lätt för att arbeta strukturerat med administration och digitala system.

Erfarenhet från dagligvarubutik är meriterande. Det praktiska Plats: Borås. Arbetet sker på plats.

Löneläge: 21 000–24 000 kr brutto per månad vid heltid, beroende på erfarenhet.

Start antingen i slutet av Oktober eller Januari.
