Du kontaktar befintliga kunder och säkerställer att de är nöjda med sin upplevelse med oss på Verbal.

Du lyssnar, ställer frågor och ger råd utifrån kundens behov.

När det passar kan du erbjuda relevanta tilläggstjänster eller produkter – alltid på ett schysst och värdeskapande sätt.

Du jobbar strukturerat med uppföljning och dokumentation i våra system.
