Är du en erfaren löne- och ekonomiadministratör som söker ett flexibelt deltidsuppdrag? Vi erbjuder ett uppdrag på cirka 15 timmar i veckan, där du kan utgå från Stockholm och även har möjlighet att arbeta på distans. Start sker så snart som möjligt och uppdraget löper till årsskiftet.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:

  • Granska avvikelserapportering kopplat till lön
  • Hantera administration av bland annat friskvård
  • Hantera delar av leverantörsfaktureringen
  • Stötta i övriga förekommande uppgifter inom ekonomi

Din profil

Vi söker dig som är van att självständigt arbeta med löneadministration och som även har erfarenhet av ekonomiadministration. Rollen kräver att du snabbt kan komma in i arbetet och självständigt stötta verksamheten.

För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du ha:

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av självständigt löneadministrationsarbete
  • Några års erfarenhet av sammanhållen ekonomiadministration
  • Gymnasieekonomisk utbildning
  • Kompletterande yrkesutbildning inom hantering av löner, skatter och avgifter
