ABIMA gruppen AB har varit verksamma inom mark anläggning sedan 1957 och besitter en gedigen erfarenhet inom mark anläggning från A-Ö, dvs från design och planering till färdigställning av husgrunder, asfaltsbeläggningar, stenläggning inom både BRF innegårdar, parker och villa. ABIMA gruppens styrkor är den långa breda erfarenheten och det kunniga kundbemötandet, samt att dem värnar om miljö, utveckling och trivsel för dem anställda i företaget som genererar trygghet och en positiv lösnings inriktad approach till beställare. ABIMA Gruppen växer ständigt men väljer att skynda långsamt och söker personal med social kompetens och bred erfarenhet som kan snabbt sätta sig in i projekten och förstå kundernas behov. Den vi söker: Vi lägger stor vikt vid att du är noggrann och har en äkta yrkesstolthet och en känsla för kundbemötande. Arbetsuppgifterna består i alla typer utav anläggningsarbeten som stensättning, schakt, asfaltering, snickerier och montering av lek- och park utrustning. Du behöver ha minst 1 års dokumenterad utbildning som anläggare eller motsvarande och minst 3 års erfarenhet av olika typer av markarbeten och kundbemötande, vara driven, engagerad och kunna ta egna initiativ och även gärna vara tekniskt lagd. All form av specialutbildning, påbyggnadskurser, maskin bevis etc. är meriterande. Anställningsformen kan både vara tillsvidare eller säsongsanställning beroende på dina kvalifikationer. Som person är du självständig, har lätt för att kommunicera på ett öppet opretentiöst sätt. Du har en bra social kompetens och är lyhörd för verksamhetens behov samt att du läser av kundnyttan som kommer naturligt för dig. Du trivs i en platt kommunikativ och dynamisk organisation med snabba beslutsvägar.
