Om tjänsten I rollen som Procurement OT Specialist stöttar du vår klients transformationsprogram med fokus på strategiskt inköp inom IT/OT-området. Du samarbetar nära intressenter inom IT, juridik och säkerhet för att översätta komplexa krav till framgångsrika inköpsstrategier. Tillsammans med ett drivet team säkerställer du effektiva upphandlingar från start till mål. Detta är ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag där du förväntas jobba på kontoret. Du erbjuds Du erbjuds en dynamisk och utvecklande roll i ett stort internationellt transformationsprogram, med stor flexibilitet genom en hybrid arbetsmodell. Arbetsuppgifter Rollen innebär att självständigt driva och strukturera strategiska IT/OT-upphandlingar inom ramen för ett omfattande digitalt transformationsprogram. Genomföra marknads- och leverantörsscanning för IT/OT-tjänster Översätta affärs-, IT-, arkitektur- och säkerhetskrav till inköpsstrategier Skapa, driva och sammanställa RFI, RFQ och RFP tillsammans med intressenter Hantera milstolpar, beroenden och beslut i linje med projektets färdplan Ta fram kommersiella modeller och poängstrukturer för leverantörsutvärdering Driva förhandlingar, shortlisting, avtalsskrivning och onboarding Lämna underlag till rapportering, budget och beslutsmaterial för styrgrupp

Vi söker dig som har God erfarenhet av IT/OT-relaterade inköps- och upphandlingsprocesser Avancerad kunskap inom förhandling och avtalsskrivning Erfarenhet av att hantera RFI/RFQ/RFP-processer och leverantörsutvärderingar Relevant akademisk examen inom inköp, Supply Chain, ekonomi, juridik eller IT Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på engelska i både tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet av arbete i föränderliga och ostrukturerade miljöer Erfarenhet från energibranschen eller vindkraftsprojekt
