Produktionsansvarig kock till Husmanslådan – Täby Vill du ta ansvar för mat som gör skillnad varje dag? Vi söker en produktionsansvarig kock till vårt kök i Täby. Du ansvarar för Husmanslådan, våra matlådor till pensionärer och omsorg, och ser till att maten håller hög kvalitet från planering och tillagning till märkning och leverans. Hos oss får du en viktig roll i ett kök där vi hjälps åt, tar ansvar och har roligt tillsammans. Om tjänsten Du planerar och leder det dagliga arbetet med Husmanslådan i nära samarbete med övriga i köket. Du ser till att rätt antal portioner tillagas, att specialkost hanteras säkert och att lådorna blir färdiga i tid. Rollen omfattar även beställningar, kvalitetskontroll och löpande förbättring av arbetssätt och menyer. Tjänsten är en schemalagd semestertjänst på 100 procent med placering i Täby. Vi söker dig som har Utbildning som kock eller motsvarande erfarenhet från storkök, restaurang eller måltidsverksamhet. Erfarenhet av att planera och laga mat i större volymer med jämn kvalitet. God kunskap om specialkost, allergener och hur korskontaminering förebyggs. God kunskap om livsmedelssäkerhet, egenkontroll, temperaturer, nedkylning, märkning och spårbarhet. Förmåga att planera produktionen utifrån beställningar, leveranstider och förändrade volymer. God svenska i tal och skrift, så att du kan förstå beställningar, dokumentera arbetet och kommunicera med kollegor och kunder. Vana att arbeta i digitala beställnings- eller kostdatasystem.

Erfarenhet av mat till äldreomsorg, konsistensanpassad kost och näringsrika måltider för äldre är meriterande. Som person Du är strukturerad, noggrann och trygg i köket. Du tar ansvar när tempot är högt och ser lösningar när förutsättningarna ändras. Framför allt bidrar du med glädje och teamkänsla: du samarbetar gärna, delar med dig av din kunskap och hjälper gruppen att lyckas tillsammans. Låter det som en tjänst för dig?
