Led affären, människorna och utvecklingen Multiply befinner sig på en spännande utvecklingsresa och vi söker nu en affärsdriven segmentschef för ett av våra säljsegment, Print & Production. Är du redo att ta ansvar för affären, leda förändring och skapa långsiktig tillväxt?

Om rollen Som segmentschef ansvarar du för segmentets affär, erbjudande, resultat och organisation. Du kombinerar strategiskt och operativt ledarskap och arbetar nära kunder, medarbetare, försäljning, projektledning och produktion. Ditt uppdrag är att utveckla segmentets konkurrenskraft, skapa lönsam tillväxt och omsätta Multiplys övergripande mål i konkreta aktiviteter.

Ditt ansvar · Utveckla segmentets strategi, affärsplan och marknadsposition · Ansvara för budget, resultat, tillväxt och uppföljning · Leda och utveckla medarbetare och team · Säkerställa att erbjudandet är konkurrenskraftigt och anpassat till kundernas behov · Driva affärsutveckling och identifiera nya möjligheter · Skapa samarbete mellan segment, försäljning, projektledning och produktion · Driva förändrings- och förbättringsinitiativ samt bidra till Multiplys långsiktiga utveckling

Vi söker dig som · Har dokumenterad erfarenhet av ledarskap och affärsutveckling · Har god förståelse för grafisk produktion, print eller närliggande bransch · Är affärsdriven, analytisk och resultatorienterad · Har erfarenhet av budget- och resultatansvar · Är en tydlig och trygg ledare som skapar engagemang och samarbete · Trivs i en föränderlig och entreprenöriell miljö
