Are you a senior Business Analyst with passion for Credit Risk?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the development lifecycle

Support APOs in breaking down Program Epics into Features and User Stories.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Perform data analysis and validation using SQL and SAS to support requirements, testing, and incident investigations.

Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure that documentation of credit risk models, processes, and system solutions is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Develop, maintain, and support the operation of credit risk models in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.

Create and maintain process descriptions, functional documentation, and other governance-related artefacts.

Assess the impact of new or changed system functionality on credit risk processes, models, and reporting.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, risk specialists, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvements of processes, systems, data quality, and ways of working.

What is needed in this role: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

A few years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, in the credit risk domain.

Knowledge of the Basel framework and the Internal ratings-based (IRB) approach.

Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and support tests.

Strong business support and incident analysis capabilities.

Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot queries for data analysis, validation, and root cause investigations.

Experience working with data models, data quality assurance, and data-driven decision-making in the credit risk/IRB area.

Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Ability to work independently in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate across functions.

Proficient in Swedish and English.

Experienced in SAS® 9 and/or SAS® Viya platforms.
