Vi söker en erfaren Serviceansvarig till vår kund i Ängelholm, som ska vara ett tekniskt och professionellt stöd för våra befintliga servicetekniker. Huvuduppgiften är att leda, stötta och utveckla teamet, skapa struktur i det dagliga arbetet och säkerställa hög kvalitet mot kund. Vi söker inte bara en Kollega. Vi söker en erfaren Mentor som våra servicetekniker kan vända sig till för stöd, råd och erfarenhet - och som hjälper oss att bygga en ännu starkare serviceorganisation.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Vara mentor och tekniskt stöd för serviceteknikerna.
  • Stötta vid felsökning och mer komplicerade arbeten.
  • Planera och prioritera servicearbeten tillsammans med teamet.
  • Utveckla teknikerna genom coachning och kunskapsöverföring.
  • Skapa tydliga och effektiva arbetssätt.
  • Säkerställa kvalitet, säkerhet och god dokumentation.
  • Vara stöd i kundkontakten och följa upp utförda arbeten.
  • Verka för ett nära samarbete mellan service, lager, verkstad och försäljning.

Din bakgrund/Dina egenskaper

  • Har 5-10 års erfarenhet av teknisk service, underhåll eller liknande verksamhet.
  • Har god teknisk förståelse inom exempelvis kranar, traverser, lyftredskap, el eller mekanik.
  • Tycker om att lära andra och utveckla människor.
  • Är trygg, prestigelös, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.
  • Har ett professionellt och affärsmässigt kundbemötande.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska samt har B-körkort.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från kran-, travers- eller servicebranschen

Personliga egenskaper, * Mentor: Delar gärna med sig av erfarenhet och hjälper andra att bli bättre. * Ledare: Skapar trygghet och tydlighet utan att detaljstyra. * Teknisk problemlösare: Stöttar teamet när arbetet blir komplicerat. * Kundorienterad och affärsmässig: Förstår värdet av kvalitet, service och långsiktiga kundrelationer.
