Du kan bära tre tallrikar, hålla koll på sex bord och blanda en Espresso Martini utan att googla. Bra. Då kanske vi ska prata. The Grand Social öppnar på Drottninggatan 23 i Gävle – tapas, cocktails, dart, shuffleboard, karaoke, musik och sena kvällar under samma tak. Nu söker vi erfaren servispersonal med bar- och cocktailvana. Vi vill inte lära dig från noll. Du ska redan kunna restaurang, förstå tempo och vara trygg med gäster. Gärna har du 4–5 års erfarenhet från restaurang, bar, hotell eller liknande. Du behöver inte vara världsmästare i mixologi, men du ska kunna hoppa in bakom baren och göra vanliga cocktails utan att se ut som att någon precis gett dig en kemilåda. Du ska kunna Ta hand om egna bord och ändå se resten av rummet Servera mat, vin, öl, cava och cocktails Hoppa in bakom baren när det behövs Göra klassiska cocktails med bra tempo Prata med gäster utan att låta som ett manus Merförsälja utan att bli jobbig Behålla lugnet när skrivaren börjar spotta ur sig bongar Hjälpa kollegor istället för att säga ”det där är inte mitt bord” Vi tror att du Har några års riktig restaurangerfarenhet – gärna 4–5 år eller mer Har jobbat både med servis och bar Kan cocktails på riktigt Gillar högt tempo och mycket folk Är snabb, social och har ordning Kan jobba kvällar och helger Förstår att fredag kväll inte är rätt tillfälle att börja fundera på om man egentligen är en morgonmänniska Vad får du? Ett nytt ställe där du får vara med från början, ett team med höga ambitioner och ett jobb som förhoppningsvis aldrig känns särskilt mycket som ett kontor. Vi planerar också vinstdelning utöver lön.
