Till ett företag i Lund söker vi en senior konsult som vill stödja förvaltningen av en dokumenthanteringslösning byggd på SharePoint Online, Power Automate och Microsoft 365. Lösningen används för att hantera styrande och verksamhetsrelaterade dokument som publiceras på intranätet, och den är integrerad med SiteVision samt anpassad med arbetsflöden för publicering, granskning och avveckling av dokument. Du blir en viktig resurs för teknisk rådgivning, felsökning och vidareutveckling, med fokus på proaktivt förbättringsarbete och kunskapsöverföring till interna resurser. Ditt uppdrag Felsöka, underhålla och vidareutveckla dokumenthanteringslösningen baserad på SharePoint Online och Power Automate Stödja vid incidenthantering, felutredningar och problemlösning inom SharePoint, Entra ID och Microsoft 365 Analysera befintliga lösningar och föreslå förbättringar inom funktionalitet, användbarhet, säkerhet och förvaltning Ta fram tekniska rekommendationer, arkitekturförslag och designlösningar inom Microsoft 365 Utveckla, konfigurera och felsöka Power Automate-flöden kopplade till SharePoint, dokumenthantering och intranät Säkerställa att lösningen följer principer för behörighetshantering, informationshantering och säkerhet Dokumentera genomförda förändringar och bidra till kunskapsöverföring Vid behov genomföra workshops, rådgivning och utbildningsinsatser Vara temporär förstärkning vid frånvaro eller resursbrist

Måste ha Minst 5 års erfarenhet av SharePoint Online och Microsoft 365 Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att utveckla, administrera och felsöka lösningar i SharePoint Online Dokumenterad erfarenhet av Power Automate, inklusive utveckling, administration och felsökning av arbetsflöden Erfarenhet av behörighetsstyrning, administration och felsökning i Microsoft Entra ID Erfarenhet av Microsoft 365-plattformen, inklusive SharePoint, Teams och relaterade tjänster Dokumenterad erfarenhet av support, felanalys och teknisk problemlösning i produktionsmiljö Förmåga att självständigt analysera, designa och implementera tekniska lösningar Förmåga att dokumentera arbete och genomföra kunskapsöverföring till interna resurser Kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Erfarenhet av utbildningar, workshops och verksamhetsnära rådgivning Relevanta Microsoft-certifieringar inom Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform eller Azure Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig sektor Erfarenhet av integrationer mellan SharePoint, SiteVision och Microsoft 365 Erfarenhet av dokumenthanteringslösningar och styrande dokumentprocesser Erfarenhet av informationsstyrning, metadatahantering och innehållstyper i SharePoint Erfarenhet av Microsoft Azure och relaterade tjänster
