Vill du ha ett givande uppdrag där du bidrar till trygg och personcentrerad vård? Valora Bemanning söker en legitimerad sjuksköterska till ett kommunalt uppdrag inom vård- och omsorgsboende, särskilt boende (SÄBO), i Gävleborg. Uppdragsperiod: 15 oktober 2026–31 mars 2027. Om uppdraget Du utför sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter och ansvarar för att planera, genomföra och följa upp patienternas omvårdnad. Arbetet utgår från ett helhetsperspektiv där både patienten och närstående är i fokus. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Bedömningar av patienternas hälsotillstånd och omvårdnadsbehov. Samordning av omvårdnad med övrig behandling och vårdinsatser. Identifiering och förebyggande av hälsorisker. Uppföljning av omvårdnadsåtgärder utifrån evidensbaserad praktik. Handledning av omvårdnadspersonal utifrån patientens individuella behov. Dokumentation och samverkan med övrig vård- och omsorgspersonal.

Krav för uppdraget Legitimerad sjuksköterska. Minst tre års erfarenhet inom kommunal vård. Minst tre års erfarenhet inom särskilt boende (SÄBO). Minst tre års erfarenhet inom hemsjukvård. Giltigt körkort för manuellt växlad bil. God kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att dokumentera skriftligt.

Kunskaper i Treserva är meriterande. Vi söker dig som är trygg i din yrkesroll, arbetar självständigt och har god samarbetsförmåga.
