Vi söker nu en skaderådgivare till Toyota Center Göteborg för ett vikariat. Har du erfarenhet av kundservice och ett intresse för bilar och skadeärenden? I den här rollen får du vara kundens kontakt genom skadeprocessen och samarbeta nära verkstad och försäkringsbolag. Tjänsten passar dig som är serviceinriktad, strukturerad och trivs med att skapa ordning i en händelserik arbetsdag. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Som skaderådgivare tar du emot kunder och hjälper dem genom hela skadeärendet, från första kontakt och skadeanmälan till planering av verkstadsbesök och uppföljning. Du samordnar information mellan kund, verkstad och försäkringsbolag och bidrar till att arbetet flyter på effektivt och med ett professionellt bemötande.

Ta emot kunder och hantera frågor kring bilskador och skadeärenden

Registrera skadeärenden och administrera skadeanmälningar

Planera och boka verkstadsbesök

Samordna ärenden och kommunikation mellan kunder, verkstad och försäkringsbolag

Följa upp pågående ärenden och hålla kunder informerade

Bidra till en välorganiserad kundmottagning och ett smidigt arbetsflöde

Tjänsten är ett vikariat hos Toyota Center Göteborg och förväntas pågå till slutet på februari 2027, dock finns det chans till förlängning. Mer information om anställningsperiod lämnas i samband med rekryteringen. Om dig Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller arbete inom fordonsbranschen, helst inom skadehantering. Du är kommunikativ och trivs med att ha många kontaktytor. Eftersom du hanterar flera ärenden parallellt är du noggrann, strukturerad och bra på att prioritera. Du bemöter kunder professionellt och har lätt för att samarbeta med kollegor och externa parter. Du har god datorvana och kan uttrycka dig väl på svenska i tal och skrift. Övriga grundkrav inför tjänsten:

God datorvana och svenska i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av skadekalkylering

Goda kunskaper i Cabas är ett krav

Kunskaper i Kobra är meriterande.

B-körkort
