På Megahjälp Stockholm HB söker vi dig som tycker att ett riktigt bra resultat spelar roll. Dig som ser när något behöver göras lite extra, tar ansvar för ditt arbete och förstår att ett rent hem handlar om mer än bara rena ytor. Vi har hjälpt kunder i Stockholm med omnejd sedan 2011. För oss är det viktigt att kunderna känner sig trygga, blir nöjda och gärna vill ha oss tillbaka. Nu söker vi dig som vill bli en del av vårt team! Vad kommer du att arbeta med? Dina arbetsuppgifter består främst av städning hos privatpersoner, men även storstädning, flyttstädning. Du arbetar på olika adresser och möter kunder med olika behov. Därför behöver du vara flexibel, lyhörd och kunna anpassa ditt arbete efter kundens önskemål. Vem tror vi att du är? Vi söker inte bara någon som kan städa. Vi söker en person som vi kan lita på och som våra kunder kan känna sig trygga med. Vi tror att du: Är noggrann och har öga för detaljer. Är ansvarsfull, pålitlig och punktlig. Kan arbeta självständigt och ta egna initiativ. Har en positiv inställning och tycker om att göra ett bra jobb. Respekterar kundernas hem, tillhörigheter och önskemål. Är flexibel och har lätt för att anpassa dig till olika arbetsuppgifter.

Tidigare erfarenhet av städning är meriterande, men din inställning, ansvarskänsla och vilja att lära dig är också viktiga. Språkkrav – viktigt! Eftersom du kommer att möta kunder och behöva förstå deras önskemål måste du kunna kommunicera på svenska eller engelska. Det innebär att du ska kunna förstå instruktioner, ställa frågor och föra en enkel dialog med kunder. Vad erbjuder vi? Hos oss är varje medarbetare viktig.
