Ställföreträdande Försäljningschef Färskvaror Om jobbet: Avdelningen består av områdena Kött, chark, ost, delikatess och manuell fisk och teamet på avdelningen består av ca 20 medarbetare. I din roll som ställföreträdande färskvaruchef ansvarar du tillsammans med färskvaruchefen för att planera, leda och utveckla ansvarsområdet och teamet – såväl strategiskt som operativt. Du stöttar försäljningschefen i den dagliga driften och arbetar aktivt med att säkerställa en effektiv drift, hög servicegrad och ett kundmöte i toppklass. En viktig del i rollen är att skapa och förankra tydliga rutiner i det dagliga arbetet samt att utveckla medarbetarna inom ditt ansvarsområde. Du coachar och stöttar teamet i att skapa en smidig och positiv köpupplevelse för våra kunder. Du arbetar aktivt med uppföljning av nyckeltal kopplade till kundupplevelse, effektivitet och drift samt identifierar förbättringsområden tillsammans med försäljningschefen. Du säkerställer att medarbetarna har rätt förutsättningar för att leverera ett professionellt och välkomnande bemötande där varje kund blir sedd. Tillsammans med ditt team och hela stormarknaden arbetar du för att skapa positiva kundupplevelser i varje möte. Du är en förebild i kundmötet och inspirerar dina medarbetare att alltid sätta kundens upplevelse i centrum. Arbetstiderna varierar mellan dag- och kvällspass utifrån butikens öppettider och verksamhetens behov. Tjänsten innefattar heltid och är ett vikariat på ett år. Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som är relationsskapande och handlingskraftig med stort intresse för goda kundmöten, människor och mat. Du driver ditt ansvarsområde tillsammans med dina kollegor och har en vilja att utveckla verksamheten och varje individ för att uppnå uppsatta mål. Vi söker dig som är duktig på att skapa och utveckla team, är kommunikativ, tydlig och positiv. Du har ett coachande förhållningssätt och leder genom att delegera, ge feedback och följa upp arbetet. Du har god förmåga att planera och organisera och har uppvisad förmåga att leverera resultat. Som Stf försäljningschef rapporterar du till avdelningens försäljningschef. Du har erfarenhet av ledarskap och har god kunskap inom egenkontroll och matsäkerhet.
