The posting

RESCON är ett oberoende forskningskonsultföretag under ledning av Professor Kutty Selva Nandakumar. Vi genomför just nu en omfattande nationell enkätundersökning som analyserar folkhälsa, sociodemografiska trender och medicinsk jämlikhet i Sverige. Vi söker nu en analytisk, noggrann och högkvalificerad Statistiker / Forskningsassistent på deltid för ett tidsbegränsat projekt, med goda möjligheter till förlängning.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: • Statistisk dataanalys: Ansvara för avancerad statistisk bearbetning, regressionsanalys och sammanställning av insamlad enkätdata rörande folkhälsa och sociodemografiska trender. • Vetenskaplig kvalitetssäkring: Säkerställa metodologisk korrekthetssäkring, tolka datamönster samt strukturera dataunderlag för internationell peer-reviewed publicering. • Samverkan: Arbeta i nära samråd med projektets Nationella Koordinator och Data Entry Manager för att validera dataintegritet och måluppföljning.

Kvalifikationer och krav: • Akademisk bakgrund: Universitetsutbildning inom statistik, biostatistik, dataanalys eller motsvarande akademisk examen med stark kvantitativ inriktning. • Tekniska färdigheter: Dokumenterad erfarenhet av statistiska analysverktyg (t.ex. SPSS, R, SAS eller avancerad Excel). • Språkkunskaper: Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska och svenska i både tal och skrift är ett krav för akademisk rapportering och löpande dokumentation. Ytterligare språkkunskaper är meriterande.

Om anställningen: • Omfattning: Deltid, tidsbegränsad projektanställning i 3 månader (med möjlighet till förlängning). • Placering: Distans / Flexibel hybrid. • Tillträde: Omgående, 15–16 oktober 2026 (eller enligt överenskommelse). • Lön: Fast timlön eller månadsmarknadslön enligt överenskommelse.
