ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Är du kunnig inom el och mekanik och gillar att kombinera praktiskt arbete med att stötta och leda andra? Då kan detta vara nästa steg för dig! Vi söker nu en teamledare inom elmekanik till en kund utanför Växjö. I rollen arbetar du med montering och felsökning samtidigt som du ansvarar för att planera och samordna det dagliga arbetet i teamet. Du är en viktig del av produktionen och bidrar med både teknisk kunskap och stöd till dina kollegor. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och är själv delaktig i det praktiska arbetet. Samtidigt hjälper du teamet att prioritera rätt, lösa problem och hitta smidigare arbetssätt. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innebär att:

Arbeta med elinstallation, mekanisk montering och felsökning på fordon.

Planera och fördela arbetsuppgifter i det dagliga arbetet.

Stötta kollegor och hjälpa till vid tekniska problem.

Följa upp att arbetet utförs med rätt kvalitet och enligt gällande säkerhetsrutiner.

Delta i planering och dagliga avstämningar.

Uppmärksamma förbättringsmöjligheter och bidra till ett effektivare arbetssätt.

Verka för en trygg arbetsmiljö och ett bra samarbete i teamet.

PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER & KVALIFIKATIONER

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av elmekanik eller fordonselektrik och som trivs med att ta ansvar. Du är tekniskt kunnig, lösningsorienterad och tycker om att hjälpa andra att utvecklas. Vi ser gärna att du har lätt för att ta initiativ, skapa struktur och få arbetet att flyta på. Som person är du noggrann och driven. Du kan prioritera när det behövs, behåller lugnet när problem uppstår och är tydlig i din kommunikation. Du är också en lagspelare som gärna delar med dig av din kunskap och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Vi söker dig som har:

Några års erfarenhet av elmekanik, fordonselektrik eller liknande arbete.

Goda kunskaper inom fordonsel och mekanik.

Erfarenhet av felsökning och gärna hydraulik.

Förmåga att planera, strukturera och samordna arbetsuppgifter.

Ett intresse för att stötta och vägleda kollegor.

God förståelse för säkerhet och arbetsmiljö inom produktion eller verkstad.

Erfarenhet av elfordon och tidigare arbete som teamledare är meriterande. Det är även positivt om du har varit delaktig i förbättringsarbete eller utveckling av arbetsrutiner.
