Vi söker nu fler telefonförsäljare som vill utvecklas inom försäljning och arbeta på distans.

Vi är ett växande bolag inom hälsa och kosttillskott. Under året har vi gått från cirka 10 till 25 medarbetare och planerar att fortsätta expandera.

Vi ser försäljning som en viktig affärskompetens och vill ge våra medarbetare möjlighet att utvecklas genom praktisk erfarenhet, coaching och tydliga mål.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Försäljning via telefon
  • Kunddialog och presentation av produkter
  • Arbeta mot individuella mål och teammål
  • Delta i coaching och uppföljning
  • Utveckla försäljningsteknik och produktkunskap

Arbetet sker helt på distans. Du behöver därför kunna planera ditt arbete och ta ansvar för dina resultat.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som: - Är driven och målinriktad - Har god kommunikativ förmåga - Trivs med kundkontakt och försäljning - Kan arbeta självständigt - Har en vilja att lära dig och utvecklas

Tidigare erfarenhet av försäljning är meriterande, men inget krav.
