Alma Assistans är det engagerade företaget som i samarbete med kunden skapar den personliga assistansen. Vi jobbar nära kunden och vet att goda relationer är nyckeln till en väl fungerande assistans. Vi är verksamma i hela Sverige med kontor i Uppsala, Jönköping, Ulricehamn, Malmö, Helsingborg och Växjö.

Vi söker nu personliga assistenter till ett uppdrag som gäller assistans dygnet runt. Kunden är en man, som har en muskelsjukdom och är 62 år gammal. Han behöver stöd och hjälp dygnet runt, är rullstolsburen och förflyttas med hjälp av taklift. Han behöver huvudsakligen hjälp med sin andning och andnings hjälpmedel. Men även med av- och påklädning, intag av medicin, hygien och dusch. Hjälp med att handla, laga och ställa i ordning måltider, samt att finfördela maten och få hjälp med matning. Hjälp med vanligt förkommande hushållssysslor såsom städning och tvätt. Du kommer även följa med kunden på tex sjukhus och vård besök.

Mannen har ett bil/motor och djur- intresse, ibland är han hundvakt åt vänner och bekanta, så du bör ej ha allergi eller vara rädd för hundar. Har önskemål att kunna komma ut mer på kortare aktiviteter och utflykter. Vi tror att du som söker är minst 40 år gammal och har kommit en bit i livet. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet och att samarbetet mellan arbetsgrupp och familj fungerar bra. Du är social och utåtriktad, och är en person som vill hitta på aktiviteter och kan motivera till detta. Men även är lyhörd och inkännande för kundens dagliga form och behov. Det är oerhört viktigt är att du behärskar svenska i tal och skrift, för en bra kommunikation mellan kund och assistent. Och för att kunna dokumentera viktig information. Arbetstid Arbetspassen är : Dag pass Kl. 7.00-15.00 Kvällspass kl. 15.00-23.00. Nattpass (vaken natt) kl. 23:00-07:00

Timvikarier vid sjukdom

Du bör ha B-körkort, då kunden bor en bit från centrum. Vi kräver utdrag från polisens belastningsregister. Anställning kan ske löpande under ansökningstiden så skicka in din ansökan omgående.
