Om jobbet Som upphandlare projektleder och genomför du upphandlingar av varor, tjänster och entreprenader. Du arbetar med att utveckla upphandlingsarbetet samt fungerar som internkonsult i upphandlings- och avtalsfrågor. Rollen som upphandlare kombinerar såväl strategiska som operativa uppgifter. Som upphandlare arbetar du självständigt med eget ansvar. Strategiskt innebär det att upphandlingsfunktionen driver löpande utveckling av bolagets inköpsprocesser och rutiner och använder upphandlingsfunktionen som ett strategiskt verktyg för att nå Njudung Energis mål och vision. Som upphandlare skapar och underhåller du nödvändiga styrdokument för upphandlingsfunktionen. Operativt innebär det att du exempelvis är behjälplig med administrativa uppgifter knutna till upphandlingsområdet. Arbetet omfattar upphandlingar, förnyad konkurrenssättning och diektupphandlingar i nära samverkan med berörd beställare i verksamheterna. I tjänsten ingår även att förvalta och följa upp avtal genom regelbunden dialog med verksamheter och leverantörer. I uppdraget bidrar du till att Njudung Energi gör goda affärer, vilket innebär att köpa in rätt vara eller tjänst med rätt kvalitet till rätt pris i rätt tid. Du ansvarar för att samordna gemensamma inköpsbehov i bolagets samtliga verksamheter och bevaka Njudung Energis intressen i kommunkoncernens upphandlingar. Som upphandlare blir du endel av ekonomiavdelningen som består av ekonomi, upphandling och kundservice där du möts av ett gäng engagerade och erfarna kollegor. Du rapporterar till ekonomichef.
