Vi arbetar med studiecirklar, kulturarrangemang och folkbildning för att stärka demokrati, jämlikhet och människors möjligheter att påverka sina liv. ABF Norr verkar i hela Norrbotten och samarbetar med föreningar, organisationer och kulturaktörer för att skapa ett levande och inkluderande kulturliv. Om tjänsten Som verksamhetsutvecklare arbetar du med att utveckla och samordna folkbildningsverksamhet tillsammans med våra medlemsorganisationer och samverkansparter. Arbetet innebär både planering, nätverkande och praktiskt genomförande av verksamhet. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: utveckla och samordna studiecirklar och folkbildningsinsatser samarbeta med föreningar, kulturaktörer och lokala nätverk planera och genomföra kulturarrangemang och utbildningar stödja cirkelledare och föreningar i deras verksamhet arbeta med projektutveckling och lokala initiativ administrera och följa upp verksamhet i våra system bidra till ABFs närvaro och utveckling i första hand Gällivare och Jokkmokk

Arbetet innebär en stor grad av självständighet och mycket kontakt med människor i civilsamhället. Vi söker dig som delar folkbildningens och arbetarrörelsens värderingar är initiativrik, strukturerad och bra på att samarbeta trivs med att arbeta nära föreningsliv och ideella organisationer har god administrativ förmåga är kommunikativ och relationsskapande

Det är meriterande om du har: erfarenhet av folkbildning, föreningsliv eller civilsamhälle erfarenhet av projektarbete eller verksamhetsutveckling kunskap om kultur- eller utbildningsverksamhet

Anställningsvillkor Tjänst: Verksamhetsutvecklare Omfattning: Heltid (eller enligt överenskommelse) Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse Arbete på kvällar och helger kan förekomma

Då resor utgör en stor del i tjänsten är körkort B ett krav (samt egen bil). ABF strävar efter att öka mångfalden inom organisationen och ser därför sökande med olika bakgrunder.
