Culinary Arts School Sverige AB (CASSAB) söker en engagerad och erfaren yrkeslärare inom lokalvård för arbete inom arbetsmarknadsutbildning på uppdrag av Arbetsförmedlingen. Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet från lokalvårdsbranschen och som tycker om att utbilda, handleda och utveckla vuxna deltagare med målet att de ska bli anställningsbara inom lokalvård. Om tjänsten Som yrkeslärare har du huvudansvaret för utbildningens pedagogiska innehåll, upplägg, planering och genomförande. Du arbetar aktivt tillsammans med deltagarna och ansvarar för såväl teoretiska som praktiska moment. Alla aktiviteter som ingår i utbildningen bedrivs av yrkeslärare. Du ansvarar även för det arbetsplatsförlagda lärandet (APL), vilket bland annat innebär: planering och upplägg av APL

framtagande av underlag

information och stöd till handledare

uppföljning av deltagarnas utveckling

löpande uppdatering och dokumentation

Obligatoriska kompetenskrav För att vara aktuell för tjänsten måste du uppfylla minst ett av följande två alternativ: Alternativ 1: Du innehar SRY Yrkesbedömarbevis. Alternativ 2: Du har minst två (2) års erfarenhet av att utbilda vuxna inom lokalvård på heltid under den senaste sexårsperioden. Dessutom är det ett obligatoriskt krav att samtliga yrkeslärare inom lokalvård innehar SRY Yrkesbevis. Viktigt om skallkraven Kraven ovan kommer från den upphandling som ligger till grund för utbildningen och är därför obligatoriska. Vi ber dig därför att endast söka tjänsten om du uppfyller kraven ovan. Kraven kan inte ersättas med annan arbetslivserfarenhet inom lokalvård. Har du lång erfarenhet från lokalvård men saknar SRY Yrkesbevis eller inte uppfyller något av Alternativ 1 eller Alternativ 2, uppfyller du alltså inte kraven för just denna tjänst. Vi söker dig som Utöver de formella kraven ser vi gärna att du: är pedagogisk, tydlig och engagerad

tycker om att arbeta med vuxna människor med olika bakgrund och erfarenhet

kan kombinera teori med praktisk undervisning

har god kunskap om professionell lokalvård, städmetoder, maskiner, ergonomi, hygien och arbetsmiljö

kan planera och strukturera utbildningen självständigt

är trygg i handledning och bedömning av deltagare

arbetar mot ett tydligt mål – att deltagarna ska få den kompetens som arbetsgivare inom lokalvårdsbranschen efterfrågar
