The posting

Objetivo do cargo:

Prestar suporte administrativo e operacional à Dep Comercial, garantindo a organização, o controle e o acompanhamento das demandas do departamento, incluindo tarefas internas, solicitações encaminhadas a outros setores, movimentações de clientes, contratos, e-mails, planilhas e processos comerciais.

Principais responsabilidades:

Controle das demandas e tarefas

Acompanhar diariamente as tarefas abertas pelo Comercial.

Monitorar atividades encaminhadas aos assessores e departamentos internos.

Cobrar retornos e atualizações dos responsáveis.

Identificar tarefas atrasadas ou sem movimentação.

Informar à Diretoria pendências que necessitem de intervenção.

Registrar o andamento e a conclusão das solicitações.

Controle de clientes e processos

Alimentar planilhas de novos clientes, contratos e processos em andamento.

Acompanhar demandas encaminhadas aos setores de Contratos, Cadastro, Contábil, Fiscal, Pessoal e Sucesso do Cliente.

Monitorar processos de abertura e alteração de empresas, regularizações e serviços contratados, demandados pelo comercial.

Controlar os prazos, responsáveis e status de cada solicitação.

Acompanhar o encaminhamento dos novos clientes ao onboarding.

Gestão de e-mails e comunicação

Monitorar a caixa de e-mail do Comercial.

Identificar mensagens que necessitem de resposta ou providência.

Elaborar e encaminhar comunicações administrativas.

Cobrar retornos de clientes e departamentos.

Organizar as informações e sinalizar assuntos urgentes à Diretoria.

Suporte administrativo e comercial

Atualizar controles de propostas enviadas, contratos assinados e clientes conquistados.

Acompanhar pendências documentais e assinaturas.

Organizar agendas, reuniões e documentos.

Apoiar a comunicação entre o Comercial e os demais setores.

Preparar relatórios de acompanhamento para a Diretoria.

Auxiliar em outras rotinas administrativas do departamento.
