Vos missions principales :

Veiller et garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, d’hygiène, qualité et environnement en vigueur et garantir son exemplarité dans le respect de la règlementation et des consignes. - Participer à la gestion et au développement les compétences du service maintenance, définir les objectifs, mesurer les résultats, s’assurer que les moyens financiers, matériels et humains sont au niveau attendu par l’organisation et construire le plan de développement de ses équipes

-Prioriser et définir les interventions nécessaires en fonction du contexte et des moyens humains et matériels mis à sa disposition et participer à leur réalisation - Traiter et suivre les tableaux de bord de performance management, et réaliser les rapports maintenance - Participer au programme pluriannuel d'investissements en proposant des axes de gains et s’assurer de la coordination et du suivi de la réalisation des travaux neufs et suivre les budgets de maintenance - Effectuer les audits terrain auprès de son équipe et s’assurer de la mise en application de la démarche 5S - Mettre en oeuvre le traitement des pannes et anomalies, analyser et définir les actions nécessaires - Mettre en oeuvre la planification du préventif et du prédictif, et définir les actions nécessaires - S’assurer de la gestion du stock de pièces de rechange et pièces critiques et de l’outillage à disposition - S’assurer de la conformité des installations et infrastructures : visites de contrôles, traitement des remarques issues des rapports - Etablir les instructions et modes opératoires et contrôler la disponibilité et la bonne mise à jour de la documentation (plans, schémas, standards et modes opératoires, …) - Gérer ou participer aux projets liés à son activité et définir les actions associées
