Job Summary:

The Fitness Attendant is responsible for the general cleanliness, organization, and utility of the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and clean all fitness equipment and facility areas.
  • Greet guests, explain programs and activities, and provide guidance on equipment usage.
  • Report and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations in a tactful manner.
  • Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the gym, locker rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
