Archer Solutions is an Odoo Gold Partner helping organizations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia connect finance, sales, operations, and industry workflows through ERP. Our client work spans real estate, construction, facility management, manufacturing, and other sectors.

As an ERP Sales Consultant, you will develop and close B2B software opportunities with presales and delivery specialists, established client references, and growing marketing support. You will earn the trust of business and IT stakeholders, discuss software and hosting options confidently, and take ownership of a sales target.

What you will own

From first conversation to project handover, you own the opportunity and the client relationship.

  • Build and qualify a B2B pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events, and inbound enquiries.
  • Lead discovery with business and IT stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, decision makers, budget, and timing.
  • Coordinate tailored Odoo demonstrations and solution scope with presales, while keeping clear next steps with the client.
  • Discuss subscriptions, licensing, hosting, implementation, and support at a commercial level; involve technical specialists for architecture decisions.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, close, and hand over the agreed scope to delivery.
  • Keep opportunities, forecasts, activities, and next steps accurate in Odoo CRM.

What you bring

Required

  • At least 3 years in B2B solution sales, including at least 2 years selling business software, SaaS, or ERP.
  • A credible record of personally managing and closing software or business-system opportunities.
  • Practical understanding of SaaS, subscriptions and licensing, cloud hosting, client-managed servers, implementation, and support. You can explain the options in plain language and bring in presales for deeper technical advice.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and CRM pipeline management skills.
  • Clear spoken and written communication in Arabic and English.

Strong advantages

  • Hands-on B2B lead generation, outbound prospecting, and building qualified pipeline.
  • Experience selling Odoo or another ERP platform, or closing business-system deals worth EGP 500,000 or more.
  • Knowledge of real estate, construction, facility management, or manufacturing workflows.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
