Archer Solutions is an Odoo Gold Partner delivering ERP projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Our teams help clients connect finance, sales, projects, operations, and industry workflows across real estate, construction, facility management, manufacturing, and other sectors.

As an Odoo Implementer, you will work with clients and developers from discovery to go-live: analyze processes, manage requirements, test the solution, lead UAT and training, and support adoption after launch. You will also help our sales team show prospective clients what the right Odoo solution can do.

What you will deliver

Take ownership of the functional work that turns a project plan into an Odoo system people can use.

  • Lead process discovery with clients, analyze gaps, and document business and functional requirements, workflows, scope, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage requirements and priorities as the project evolves; configure Odoo modules and coordinate decisions with clients, project managers, and developers.
  • Write clear development tasks and specifications, clarify questions, test custom developments and configured workflows, and track defects until resolved.
  • Map, clean, import, and validate master and historical data so the migrated information is accurate and usable.
  • Prepare and lead client user acceptance testing (UAT), record results, resolve issues, and confirm readiness for go-live.
  • Train users and administrators, prepare practical guidance, and support launch, adoption, and post-launch troubleshooting.
  • Support presales discovery, tailored demos, solution discussions, and proofs of concept.
  • Follow Odoo releases, new features, business trends, AI, and other relevant technology to improve client solutions.

What you bring

Required

  • A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Business Information Systems (BIS).
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience as an employee of Odoo partner companies.
  • Strong functional understanding of Odoo modules and the business processes they support, with the ability to translate needs into configuration and clear developer specifications.
  • Practical experience documenting and managing requirements, testing delivered functionality, leading UAT, migrating data, training users, and supporting go-live.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across stakeholders.
  • Good communication and presentation skills with clients, developers, and internal teams.
  • Practical skill using AI tools and current technologies for research, documentation, testing, and delivery, while checking the accuracy of results.
