No dia a dia buscamos uma pessoa para coordenar a área de Qualidade das nossas operações logísticas, atuando na melhoria dos processos dos Centros de Distribuição próprios e terceirizados.

Essa pessoa terá um papel importante na identificação de falhas operacionais, na investigação de causas-raiz e na implementação de soluções que contribuam para uma entrega cada vez mais eficiente e de qualidade para nossos clientes.

No dia a dia você irá:

  • Coordenar as atividades de Qualidade nos Centros de Distribuição próprios e terceirizados.
  • Mapear processos operacionais e identificar pontos críticos de falha.
  • Monitorar a qualidade dos pedidos desde sua entrada na operação até a expedição.
  • Investigar ocorrências e reclamações de clientes, identificando causas-raiz e conduzindo planos de ação.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Atuar próximo às operações, realizando visitas ao Gemba e acompanhando a execução dos processos.
  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver o time de Qualidade.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com as lideranças dos CDs para implementar e sustentar melhorias.
  • Promover a padronização de processos e controles entre diferentes unidades.
  • Contribuir para a evolução dos indicadores de performance logística, como OTD e prazo de entrega.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Qualidade, melhoria contínua ou gestão de processos.
  • Vivência com mapeamento de processos, análise de falhas e identificação de causas-raiz.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de qualidade e melhoria contínua, como Lean, Six Sigma ou ferramentas similares.
  • Experiência com indicadores, análise de dados e planos de ação.
  • Experiência em liderança ou coordenação de equipes.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida, com presença mínima de duas vezes por semana no CD de Jundiaí.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens a outras unidades, aproximadamente 20% do tempo.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em operações logísticas, distribuição, Supply Chain ou e-commerce.
  • Vivência em Centros de Distribuição e operações terceirizadas.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas como ERP, WMS ou TMS.
  • Experiência com indicadores de performance logística, como OTD e nível de serviço.
  • Vivência em estruturação de processos ou áreas em desenvolvimento.
