No dia a dia você irá:

  • Conduzir projetos estratégicos e intersetoriais de marketing de produto, elevando o patamar das entregas e garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia do Arco.
  • Liderar iniciativas de go-to-market, lançamentos, reposicionamentos e evoluções de produto, do discovery à adoção e sustentação.
  • Construir e sustentar o posicionamento das marcas, traduzindo conceitos pedagógicos e sócio emocionais complexos em narrativas claras e acionáveis.
  • Desenvolver mensagens-chave, storytelling e materiais de enablement para times comerciais, consultores pedagógicos e demais stakeholders.
  • Atuar no ciclo de vida do produto, apoiando estratégias de adoção, engajamento, retenção e expansão da base, com foco em geração de valor percebido e redução de churn.
  • Analisar dados, feedbacks das escolas e insights de mercado para orientar decisões de comunicação, priorização e evolução das soluções.
  • Conectar iniciativas de produto às estratégias de portfólio, cross-sell e integração com o ecossistema Arco.
  • Tomar decisões, com boa percepção do impacto no todo (marca, portfólio e negócio).
  • Atuar como referência técnica em marketing de produto, construindo pontes entre áreas, disseminando conhecimento e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do time.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Experiência sólida em Marketing de Produto, Produto ou Estratégia, preferencialmente em contextos B2B, educação ou tecnologia.
  • Formação em marketing, produto ou áreas correlatas
  • Capacidade de conduzir projetos complexos e intersetoriais, com autonomia, visão estratégica e priorização.
  • Habilidade para traduzir temas complexos em mensagens claras, relevantes e orientadas a valor.
  • Visão sistêmica e capacidade de tomar decisões considerando impacto no curto e médio prazo.
  • Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e maturidade para atuar em ambientes de alta complexidade.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com educação.
  • Atuação prévia em ecossistemas de portfólio ou múltiplas marcas.
  • Vivência em lançamentos de produtos educacionais ou soluções de tecnologia educacional.
