DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA:

Responsável por conduzir todo o processo de aquisição de materiais e serviços da Arena Mané Garrincha, atuando desde a pesquisa e seleção de fornecedores até a negociação e fechamento das compras, incluindo a realização de cotações, análise de propostas e custos, e garantindo a qualidade e a conformidade dos produtos e serviços adquiridos com as necessidades da empresa.

ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Identificar e avaliar fornecedores potenciais que possam atender às necessidades da empresa em termos de qualidade, preço, prazo de entrega, entre outros critérios.
  • Negociar termos e condições comerciais favoráveis com fornecedores, buscando obter os melhores preços, condições de pagamento e garantias de qualidade dos produtos ou serviços adquiridos.
  • Monitorar os níveis de estoque e garantir que haja suprimentos adequados para atender às necessidades operacionais da empresa sem excessos que possam resultar em custos desnecessários.
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com os fornecedores, avaliando seu desempenho e buscando continuamente maneiras de melhorar a eficiência e transparência.
  • Monitorar as tendências do mercado, as condições econômicas e as mudanças nos preços dos materiais e serviços para tomar decisões estratégicas de compras.
  • Garantir que todas as atividades de compras estejam em conformidade com as políticas internas da empresa, bem como com as leis e regulamentos externos aplicáveis, como questões relacionadas a ética, sustentabilidade e conformidade fiscal.
  • Preparar análise de custos e manter registros atualizados de faturas e contratos.
  • Criar ordens de compras, confirmação de pedidos e follow-up.
  • Realizar indicadores de desempenho e relatórios.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 06 meses na área de compras.
  • Desejável especialização na área de logística.
