Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Compras, que será responsável por dar suporte direto à equipe de Compras na execução e acompanhamento dos processos de aquisição de serviços de telecomunicações, como circuitos de dados (banda larga, IP dedicado, links MPLS, etc.). O foco será na organização, cotação, negociação e garantia de que os prazos e a documentação sejam cumpridos.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Cotação e Viabilidade: Executar pesquisas de mercado e solicitar cotações de serviços de telecomunicações (circuitos de dados, links de internet) junto a operadoras e ISPs; Auxiliar no estudo de viabilidade inicial das propostas técnicas e comerciais recebidas.

Negociação: Participar e apoiar ativamente nas negociações de preços e prazos, buscando oportunidades de otimização de custos sob supervisão.

Processamento e Acompanhamento: Realizar o follow-up diário do ciclo de contratação, desde a solicitação inicial até a ativação e entrega do serviço, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos.

Controle e Suporte: Apoiar na elaboração e manutenção de planilhas e dashboards de controle de circuitos ativos, valores contratados e desempenho dos fornecedores (SLA); Organizar e controlar a documentação de compras e contratos; Prestar suporte administrativo aos times de Engenharia, Operações e Financeiro em demandas relacionadas à aquisição de conectividade.

O que esperamos de você:

Experiência: Experiência mínima de 6 meses na área de Compras, Suprimentos ou em rotinas de Telecomunicações/TI.

Formação: Ensino Superior completo ou em fase de conclusão em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Ferramentas: Domínio de Excel (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas e gráficos) para análises e controles.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:

Experiência prévia em operadoras, provedores de internet (ISPs) ou integradoras de Telecom.

Conhecimento em tecnologias de rede (Fibra Óptica, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, Rádio).

Noções de contratos e métricas de desempenho (SLA).

Conhecimento em sistemas ERP.
