Buscamos un/a Brand Manager para unirse a nuestro departamento de Marketing en nuestras oficinas centrales de Miralcamp, Lleida.

Funciones del Puesto

Como Brand Manager, serás la persona responsable del desarrollo de las categorías de productos bajo tu responsabilidad con el objetivo principal de maximizar las ventas y la rentabilidad de la categoría asignada.

Tendrás una estrecha colaboración con distintos equipos multifuncionales como I+D, equipo comercial, compras y cadena de suministro para impulsar el crecimiento y alcanzar los objetivos empresariales.

Las principales responsabilidades serán:

• Desarrollo de planes de categorías para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y margen.

• Análisis de datos de venta e indicadores de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora.

• Seguimiento de las implantaciones de lanzamientos en los distintos canales.

• Colaboración junto con la dirección de marketing en la coordinación y desarrollo de proyectos de innovación y nuevos productos.

• Desarrollo de todos los materiales relacionados: packaging, merchandasing & PLV, contenido, presentaciones, entre otros.

• Conocimiento de mercado, control de principales Kpi’s, preferencias de consumidores y tendencias del sector.

• Gestión del surtido de producto incluida la planificación, selección y optimización del surtido.

• Apoyo a la dirección de marketing a determinas las estrategias de precios y gestión del posicionamiento de precios para optimizar las ventas y rentabilidad.

• Desarrollo y ejecución de planes promocionales que impulsen las ventas y aumenten la visibilidad de marca.

• Negociación con agencias y proveedores.

• Mantenerse al día sobre las tendencias del sector, el desarrollo de nuevos productos y las tecnologías emergentes relevantes para la categoría.

Requisitos para el puesto

• Licenciatura en ADE o similar.

• Experiencia mínima de 10 años en un departamento de Marketing gestionando categorías.

• Imprescindible experiencia previa en gran consumo.

• Conocimiento de herramientas como CIRCANA, KANTAR y herramientas Microsoft.

• Capacidad analítica, interpretación de datos y toma de decisiones estratégicas.

• Imprescindible residir en la zona de Lleida o alrededores.
