En Argal estamos buscando un/a Responsable de Medioambiente para incorporar nuestra planta de Miralcamp, Lleida (Cataluña).

Funciones del Puesto

  1. Cumplimiento legal ambiental Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Ley 7/2022 (residuos). Cumplir la Ley 21/2013 (si aplica). Gestión de requisitos de la Ley 16/2002 (IPPC) en instalaciones afectadas. Relación con Confederación Hidrográfica, Conselleria/Consejería y Ayuntamiento.
  2. Gestión de residuos Clasificación y codificación LER. Contratos con gestores autorizados. Archivo cronológico y memoria anual. Minimización y valorización. Resp zona residuos. Declaraciones anuales.
  3. Vertidos y aguas Control plan agua. Control de parámetros de vertido (DQO, DBO, grasas, sólidos…). Seguimiento de EDAR propia si existe. Cumplimiento de autorización de vertido.
  4. Emisiones atmosféricas Control de focos (calderas, secaderos, hornos). Mediciones periódicas por OCA. Registro PRTR si procede
  5. Consumos y eficiencia Seguimiento de agua, energía y combustibles. Propuestas de mejora (eficiencia energética, reducción de huella)
  6. Sistemas de gestión Implantación y mantenimiento de ISO 14001. Auditorías internas y externas. Objetivos anuales, KPIs. Plan formación ambiental.
  7. Sistemas de gestión Implantación y mantenimiento de ISO 14001. Auditorías internas y externas. Objetivos anuales, KPIs. Plan formación ambiental.
  8. Planes de mejora anuales monetizados.
  9. Documentación y reporting Declaraciones anuales (residuos, envases (ecoembes), emisiones). Cálculo de huella de carbono si la empresa lo exige o lo solicita el cliente.

Perfil deseado

Perfíl técnico, a ser posible especializado en medio ambiente (ciencias ambientales). Se pueden valorar otros perfiles técnicos, como ingenieros agrónomos.

Experiencia: Deseable de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en puesto similar
