Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Atendimento ao cliente via telefone, e-mail e canais digitais com clareza e cordialidade.
  • Registro e acompanhamento das solicitações nos sistemas internos.
  • Acionamento de áreas internas para solução técnica ou operacional.
  • Cumprimento dos prazos definidos nos SLAs.
  • Apoio na resolução de dúvidas sobre produtos e serviços.
  • Contribuição com melhorias nos processos e experiência do cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em andamento (Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Jornalismo ou áreas afins).
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e/ou área comercial.
  • Paciência, tolerância e capacidade de tomada de decisão.
  • Residir em Piracicaba/SP.
  • Disponibilidade total de horário.

  • Solução de conflitos com empatia e equilíbrio.
  • Senso de urgência e criticidade.
  • Visão holística para compreender o contexto completo das demandas.
